Tracy Linares - Co-Owner/CEO
Tracy Linares is excited to bring her extensive and accomplished background in home health care to the greater Memphis area. As the former owner and CEO of two agencies in Ohio, she brings over 15 years of experience to At Home Health, LLC. Tracy started her healthcare journey in Memphis, Tennessee. She has worked in every department of her healthcare agencies. Through the years she has developed superior abilities in all areas including quality control, scheduling, human resources and scheduling client care. Her experience has allowed her to create a higher quality of service and management with At Home Health, LLC. Tracy has a passion for helping those in need. She is over joyed to share what she has learned with her partners and excited to bring a stellar experience to each client that At Home Health, LLC has the pleasure to work with.
kaylan johnson - Co-owner/COO
Kaylan Johnson attended the University of Memphis and is a Human Resource professional in Memphis, Tennessee. Kaylan’s professional and personal experiences have led her to have a sincere heart for healthcare. Kaylan’s personal experiences invoked a deep desire to help create a company, At Home Health, LLC, that would provide exceptional care. Kaylan has worked in healthcare for 10 years. She started off as a medical office manager for a direct medical equipment company. Kaylan has worked in multiple areas of the healthcare industry. Her experiences working with the legal side of healthcare and pharmaceuticals give Kaylan a unique understanding of operations in the healthcare industry. Kaylan is excited to bring her talent and experience the dynamic and innovative team of At Home Health, LLC.
